About your role

We are looking for a UA Team Lead (Web) who will be responsible for the procurement team on one of the largest advertising sources in the Hero Wars project.

 What you’ll be doing

• Developing the Social Networks and New Channels direction of the flagship web project Hero Wars
• Assessing the potential for user acquisition sources in line with business goals
• Defining the vision and forming a strategy for the development of advertising channels – both from the UA side and through cross-team efforts (analytics, creatives, tech integrations and automation, business development, and others)
• Coordinating UA to develop key directions (advertising channels, creative testing, etc.), setting goals together and creating plans to achieve them, allocating resources
• Managing team: team development (goal setting, KPIs), issuing tasks and motivating the team
• Managing the operational activities of the team – launching, analyzing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on channels
• Forming a vision and growth strategy for the channel/direction based on identified growth points
• Connecting and developing new channels
• Generating ideas, solutions, projects to achieve the company's business goals through working with channel managers, studying market trends, analyzing competitors, analyzing historical data on sources, studying platform algorithms
• Managing projects from idea to result (developing a vision, roadmap, determining necessary resources, monitoring progress, conducting interim reviews, adjusting course as needed)
• Managing crisis cases on advertising channels
• Communicating with internal teams (creatives, analytics, product) for cooperation and achieving team goals
• Being an independent driver of marketing growth in UA and being responsible for team results

We hope that you

• Have experience in purchasing desktop games on one or more UA channels – Facebook (the largest channel, main experience), preferably X, Reddit, Microsoft, other channels.
•  Have at least 1 year of experience in a Lead position
• Have skills in tactical and strategic planning of channel/project procurement
• Understand the basics of auctions (how ad serving works) and how SN traffic acquisition channels work - analysis, optimization, creative approach, features. 
• Can analyze traffic and get to the root cause, make correct conclusions and apply them in practice
• Understand how marketing functions: what are the goals of marketing, what are the key functions of marketing teams, and how these teams interact
• Can talk about your experience in achieving results in the past, as a lead, key expert, or producer in marketing
• Have experience organizing colleagues into working groups that create a plan, act on it, adjust based on evolving reality, and ultimately achieve goals
• Have experience in cross-team work: with analytics, technical team, creative team, preferably with the product team.
• Know MS Excel: formatting, basic formulas, and pivot tables.
•  Are a team player, focused on achieving common goals
