岗位职责:
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起设计渲染⽅案, 编写Shader, 实现美术效果;
• 设计美术资源规范, 确保项⽬的美术资产按照规范执⾏;
• 对游戏性能进⾏Profiling, 设计优化⽅案;
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起解决⼯具引擎⽇ 常使⽤过程中出现的问题;
• 发现美术pipeline中出现的问题, 开发⼯具提⾼美术⼯作流效率;
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起研发新⼯具和游戏引擎的新特性, 开发范例⼯程, 技术推⼴应⽤;
岗位要求:
• 有扎实的美术基础: 能较好理解结构, 光线, ⾊彩, 材质等;
• 熟悉常⽤美术⼯具: 如Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or Maya, Substance;
• 熟悉脚本语⾔: Python, Vex最少⼀项, 有插件⼯具开发经验;
• 熟悉Shader语⾔: Cg, GLSL,HLSL最少⼀项;
• 熟悉常⽤的渲染算法, 计算机图形学;
• 熟悉C#, C++程序开发语⾔;
• 熟练掌握Unreal引擎;
• 熟练掌握Profiling⼯具: GPA, Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger最少⼀项;
• 精通游戏中⻆⾊的美术制作流程, 精通⻆⾊⽪肤, ⽑发, 布料等渲染技术;
• 优秀的团队沟通及合作能⼒, 能够适应新的创造性挑战,乐于助⼈并乐于分享;
• 流畅的英文沟通能力
