• Support HR tasks like sickness, time, and conflict management while coaching and documenting employee development
• Ensure compliance with EH&S standards for a safe and legal work environment, including proper material and equipment handling
• Set clear priorities for teams to maximize performance, workflow, and customer experience
• Foster open communication and improve the work atmosphere through resource optimization and task delegation
• Manage forecasted volumes and resource & capacity planning
• Manage business growth and stability, identifying process improvements
• Oversee key business KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to 5S standards for a clean and efficient workspace
• Lead by example, promoting a change management culture and continuous productivity improvements
