Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor at Tesla in Tilburg, Noord-Brabant, is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing employee performance, conflict resolution, maintaining EH&S standards, setting team priorities, fostering communication, managing resource allocation and capacity planning, overseeing KPIs and SLAs, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Shift work is required, rotating between 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shifts weekly.

Inventory management & control expertise
Strong leadership & communication skills
Meeting productivity targets
Safety compliance knowledge

What You’ll Do

Support HR tasks like sickness, time, and conflict management while coaching and documenting employee development
Ensure compliance with EH&S standards for a safe and legal work environment, including proper material and equipment handling
Set clear priorities for teams to maximize performance, workflow, and customer experience
Foster open communication and improve the work atmosphere through resource optimization and task delegation
Manage forecasted volumes and resource & capacity planning
Manage business growth and stability, identifying process improvements
Oversee key business KPIs, SLAs, and ensure adherence to 5S standards for a clean and efficient workspace
Lead by example, promoting a change management culture and continuous productivity improvements

What You’ll Bring

Be available to work shifts: from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, rotating between both every week
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
Proficient in warehouse management systems and software including knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in warehouse operations
Experience in inventory management and control
Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively by offering strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting productivity targets
Experience in budget management and cost control
Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions
