Job Summary
Job Description
Create high-quality 3D character animations for mobile games. Collaborate with art and design teams to seamlessly integrate characters into the game environment. Optimize character animation using the latest technologies and trends. Responsibilities include producing 3D character animations, working closely with art and design teams, utilizing cutting-edge technologies, and optimizing animation for mobile game performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in 3D character animation for mobile games, proficiency in tools like Maya and Blender, and a strong portfolio showcasing their skills.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in animation or related field
- 5-7 years of 3D character animation experience (3+ years in mobile games)
- Proficiency in Maya or Blender, rigging skills
- Strong character animation portfolio
Good to have:
- Unity 3D experience
- Character design experience
- Motion capture and interactive animation knowledge
- Motion experience, Unity development experience
- Team leadership experience (asset, quality, schedule management)

- ■業務内容モバイルゲーム向けの高品質な3Dキャラクターアニメーションの制作アート、デザインチームと連携し、キャラクターをゲーム環境にシームレスに統合最新技術やトレンドを活用し、キャラクターアニメーションを最適化
- ■応募資格/応募条件必須条件:アニメーションや関連分野での学士号、または同等の経験3Dキャラクターアニメーションの実務経験5〜7年（うちモバイルゲーム分野で3年以上）MayaやBlenderなどのツール使用経験およびリギングスキルキャラクターアニメーションのポートフォリオ歓迎条件:Unity 3Dの経験やキャラクターデザインへの貢献経験モーションキャプチャやインタラクティブアニメーションの知識
歓迎条件
- モデリング以外にモーションの実務経験
- Unityを使用した開発経験
- 制作パートのリーダー経験（アセット・クオリティ・スケジュール管理など）
