Job Description

As an Account Manager at Google, you'll build and nurture client relationships, understanding their business needs, marketing goals, and success metrics. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to standard. A key responsibility is achieving business growth by presenting Google advertising solutions that align with client objectives. This role requires developing data-driven analyses and recommendations, presenting them to clients, and possessing in-depth knowledge of Google Advertising products. You will work with businesses of all sizes, developing strategies to reach thousands of users. The role involves working closely with clients to set the vision and strategy for their advertising campaigns.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in digital advertising/related field
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Achieve business growth goals
  • Develop data-driven recommendations
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in business
  • Experience in a matrixed organization
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative business, digital media business, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business tests, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard.
  • Achieve business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-motivated analysis and recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet marketing objectives.
