We're looking for a highly experienced, versatile, and hardworking Accounting Professional (manager, senior manager, controller) to work collaboratively within our finance team. This role will involve traditional accounting functions consisting of a subset of the following tasks:

    •Lead/assist in overall monthly / annual close of our books, including consolidation.
    •Preparation/posting of journal entries.
    •Completion of various monthly reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
    •Partner in managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable
        oSetup of new customers, evaluation for credit, preparing invoices/credit memos, review and monitoring of customer accounts, customer support

    •Invoice wallet key customers and POSAs, review key setup for proper attributes, and team with owners of wallet key program to maintain/improve program offering and reconcile related accounts

    •Post cash/reconcile daily (worldwide)
    •Address informational reporting requests
    •Contribute to financial reconciliation and resolution of reconciling items related to merchant processor activity (from back-office testing phase and recon tool design for new methods/processors/processing changes through to completion of reconciliation and posting of all necessary journal entries)
    •Assist with outbound royalty payments, partner support for onboarding, payment / tax issues, etc.
    •Address ad hoc needs as they arise
    •Continue to streamline processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
    •Assist in department planning, as needed / tasks evolve
    •Cross-train with other team members

Salary range

$150K - $200K, depending on experience
