POSITION

As a rapidly growing and leading company in the mobile apps sector with a strong presence in international markets, Codeway is looking for an analytical and dynamic team member to effectively manage its financial processes. If you have experience in the mobile apps industry, are knowledgeable in tax legislation, and believe you can successfully manage accounting processes, we invite you to join our team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

· Manage and supervise the daily accounting and financial operations of Codeway and its group companies, ensuring compliance with the Uniform Chart of Accounts and tax legislation.

· Monitor and ensure the compliance of accounting operations with Technology and Development Zones (TDZs) regulations.

· Control fixed asset transactions and perform depreciation calculations.

· Oversee the invoice registration processes for local and foeign purchases.

· Manage e-invoice, e-archive, e-ledger processes, and ensure the control and reporting of sales invoices.

· Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings are conducted accurately and on time.

· Manage VAT refund processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

· Oversee all tax-related matters of the company, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings.

· Calculate and prepare advance tax returns and corporate tax return.

· Manage all incentive-related processes and programs.

· Oversee external audits processes, preparing the necessary documentation.

· Manage relationships with tax offices and other external institutions

WHAT YOU’LL BRING?

· Experienced in the technology and software sectors,

· Knowledgeable in tax legislation and capable of managing tax processes,

· Managed the accounting operations of at least one company,

· Advanced skills in Logo Tiger and MS Office programs (especially MS Excel),

· Proficient in the Uniform Chart of Accounts and tax return processes,

· Experience in an TDZ center of a technology company is an advantage,

· CPA (SMMM) certificate and Big4 experience are preferable,

· At least 5 years of accounting experience,

· Proficient in English.
