Animator Job Description
Ten Peaks Media is seeking a talented Animator to join our team! As an Animator at our company, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life through the power of animation. We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling, creative design, and has a knack for visualizing compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our clients and creative team to develop concept ideas and storyboards for animations
- Utilize a variety of software programs such as Adobe Creative Suite and Maya to create 2D and 3D animations
- Create visually stunning and engaging animations that align with our clients' brand and messaging goals
- Add sound, voiceovers, and music to enhance the overall impact of the animations
- Ensure all animations are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in animation and implement new technologies and techniques when appropriate
- Work closely with the project manager to provide regular updates and gather feedback from clients to make necessary revisions
- Collaborate with our video production team to seamlessly integrate animations into videos
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working as an Animator in advertising, media, or a similar industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of animations with different styles and techniques
- Proficient in animation software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, or similar programs
- Experience with video editing and sound design is a plus
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
