Job Summary
Job Description
The Asset Library team at KRAFTON provides and supports a free environment for various studios to use art assets and production tools, maximizing asset value through reuse and inter-studio sharing. This role involves Svelte-based web front-end development, UI/UX implementation and improvement of the asset library, content management, user authentication, and authorization. Responsibilities also include designing new features, improving existing ones, designing efficient data communication structures between client and backend, and handling service operation and maintenance (bug fixes, performance optimization). The ideal candidate will have experience with programming languages (C++ or Python), Unity/Unreal Engine, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), RESTful and GraphQL, OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
Must have:
- C++ or Python programming skills
- Unity/Unreal Engine experience
- Database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- RESTful and GraphQL understanding
- OOP knowledge
- Data structures and algorithms knowledge
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Good to have:
- Svelte and web front-end development experience
- Cloud deployment/operation experience (AWS, GCP)
- CI/CD and test automation experience
- Web performance optimization and security knowledge
- Open-source contribution and side project experience
- Experience building collaborative tools

Asset Library팀은 크래프톤의 다양한 스튜디오들이 게임 개발에 집중할 수 있도록 아트 에셋과 제작 툴을 무료로 사용할 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 지원하는 역할과 더불어, 종료 프로젝트 내 재사용 가치가 높은 아트 에셋과 기술을 선별하여 자산의 효율적인 재활용과 스튜디오 간 공유를 활성화하는 등 자산의 가치를 극대화하는 역할을 담당하는 팀입니다.
Art Gallery를 통해 다양한 프로젝트를 한눈에 볼 수 있도록 로고와 아트 이미지를 디스플레이하여 시각적 정보를 제공하는 역할도 담당합니다. 개발팀이 게임 개발에 집중할 수 있도록 지원하고 효율성 증진에 기여하고 있는 Asset Library팀에서 환상적인 Teamwork를 함께 만들어갈 인재를 기다립니다.

- Svelte를 활용한 웹 프론트엔드 개발
- 에셋 라이브러리 UI/UX 구현 및 개선
- 콘텐츠 관리, 사용자 인증, 권한 설정 등
- 에셋 라이브러리의 신규 기능 설계 및 기존 기능 개선
- 클라이언트와 백엔드 간 효율적인 데이터 통신 구조 설계
- 서비스 운영 및 유지보수 (버그 수정, 성능 최적화 등)

- C++ 또는 파이썬 등 최소 한 가지 이상의 프로그래밍 언어를 실무 수준으로 다룰 수 있는 역량
- Unity/Unreal Engine을 활용한 3D 프로그램 개발 경험
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB 등 데이터베이스 활용 경험
- RESTful 및 GraphQL 통신 방식에 대한 이해
- 객체 지향 프로그래밍(OOP)에 대한 지식
- 자료 구조 및 알고리즘에 대한 이해
- 팀원과 원활하게 소통하고 협업 가능한 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
