Team management and mentoring are also key aspects of the position. The role requires collaboration with product designers, content designers, product managers, and developers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Concept, design and execute innovative experiences across key mediums - landing pages, mobile apps, web platforms.
- Enhance user engagement through gamification mechanics, illustration, interactive design and visual storytelling.
- Provide Art Direction to Align product ecosystems using design systems and asset libraries.
- Partner with product designers, content designers, product managers, developers to create customer-focused solutions.
- Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in art direction, preferably within B2C, e-commerce, or fintech industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing emotional design, visual storytelling, and user-centric projects.
- Excellent understanding of emotional design principles, user experience, and visual storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
