Job Description

The Associate Game Producer will oversee marketing aspects of game development and manage operational/technical tasks. Short-term responsibilities include assisting senior producers with daily tasks, overseeing marketing asset development and deployment, collaborating with the legal department on game naming and trademarking, tracking art and marketing requests, and facilitating development meetings. Long-term responsibilities involve refining project management practices, coordinating cross-functional teams, and independently overseeing games from concept to release. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, strong writing skills, and proficiency with project management tools (Jira and Confluence preferred). A strong interest in the iGaming industry is essential.

Job Description

Job Overview

As an Associate Game Producer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the marketing aspects of game development while also managing operational and technical tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enter the iGaming industry and gain hands-on experience in the game production process. You will lead marketing initiatives, team coordination, and streamline communication across key departments to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities:

In the Short Term, You Will...

Assist Senior Producers on day-to-day production tasks, such as maintaining project schedules and triaging production issues.
Oversee the development, approval, and deployment of marketing assets, including trailers, promotional visuals, and key art.
Collaborate with legal department to drive game naming and trademarking process.
Track and manage art and marketing requests from other teams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Facilitate development meetings, document key takeaways, and communicate action items to relevant stakeholders.

In the Long Term, You Will...

Implement and refine project management practices to enhance team efficiency and improve project health.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and independently oversee games from initial concept to market release, ensuring alignment with creative and technical objectives.

Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Game Design, Game Art) or relevant industry experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Exceptional writing skills with a focus on creating clear, concise technical documentation.
Strong interest in the iGaming industry with a desire to learn about game development processes.
Proficiency with project management tools and software, familiarity in Jira and Confluence is a plus.
Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills:

Experience in creative marketing production
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for enhancing workflows and problem-solving.
Experience with 2d asset creation tools such as Photoshop and After Effects.
Experience in Excel.
