Job Description

This is a 1-year contract position for an Associate/Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition in Singapore. The role involves managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, focusing on sourcing high-caliber passive candidates globally. The position requires developing talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships. Experience with gaming talent is advantageous. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working independently and prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Must have:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers
Source high-caliber candidates globally
Develop talent pipelines
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

Gaming talent pool experience

Job Description

Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Partner with hiring managers across various levels and regional markets to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
Source high-caliber passive candidates, with hiring needs that extends beyond Singapore, adapting strategies to meet the unique demands of various regions and markets
Develop talent pipelines and nurturing candidate relationships for future opportunities

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Proven record of handling multiple roles of varying seniority levels. Exposure to the gaming talent pool is advantageous
Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong team player who is organized, able to prioritize work well and support the team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with people at all levels
Love for games is a plus!
