Associate Staff Consultant - Salesforce Consultant (Business Analysis)

• Apply business analysis techniques such as, SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and requirements elicitation techniques like workshops, interviews, and surveys.
• Manage business requirements from stakeholders using various tools and methodologies like Use Case Modelling, User Stories, and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization, implementation and integration of Life-science projects, User role-profile mapping, app creation, Flow and process builder.
• Practice Agile using Scrum.
• Experience in creating project plans, defining project scope, managing timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within budget and schedule.

Must have Skills: Spanish, Salesforce Workflow.
