Job Description

The Audio Programmer will be dedicated to the Audio team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining audio features, including tools. The programmer will collaborate with sound designers and other programmers to integrate audio implementation with gameplay features. The responsibilities also include debugging, bug fixing, and profiling audio systems. The position is a good opportunity for individuals who are passionate about audio in games.
Must have:
  • 3+ years experience in a similar position
  • Strong practical knowledge of C++
  • Experience with UE4/5
  • Experience with Wwise
  • Experience working on multiple platforms
  • Good communication and team skills
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of DSP programming

ABOUT THIS POSITION

We are looking for Audio Programmer who will be dedicated to the Audio team in Flying Wild Hogs! If you’re specialized in tools and feel passionate about audio in Games, that’s the job for you!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designing, implementing and maintaining audio features
  • Designing, implementing and maintaining audio-related features and tools
  • Cooperating with sound designers and other programmers in providing audio implementation to gameplay features
  • Debugging and bug fixing and profiling

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong practical knowledge of C++
  • Experience with UE4/5
  • Professional experience in working with Wwise
  • Experience with working on multiple platforms
  • Good communication and team skills
  • Knowledge of DSP programming would be a plus but is not required for this position
