Job Summary

AWS cloud engineer is responsible for designing, building, and managing cloud-based applications and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS). This role encompasses various responsibilities including planning and designing cloud infrastructure, maintaining and deploying applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues, developing new cloud-based solutions, designing secure network solutions, creating virtualized systems in the AWS environment, performing infrastructure upgrades, deploying applications using EC2 instances and Elastic Beanstalk, creating blueprints using CloudFormation templates, maintaining and implementing disaster recovery procedures, implementing automation using scripting languages, and building tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting system resources.

Job Description

AWS cloud engineer is responsible for designing, building, and managing cloud-based applications and services using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • 3 to 9 years of experience into AWS Cloud Engineer
  • Planning and designing the cloud infrastructure with AWS
  • Maintaining and deploying the cloud applications
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with the cloud infrastructure
  • Developing new cloud-based solutions
  • Designing and implementing secure network solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Creating and configuring virtualized systems in the AWS environment.
  • Performing infrastructure upgrades and updates to maximize system efficiency while minimizing downtime.
  • Deploying applications in AWS using EC2 instances and Elastic Beanstalk.
  • Creating blueprints using CloudFormation templates for common workloads.
  • Maintaining, testing and implementing disaster recovery procedures.
  • Implementing automation using scripting languages to manage AWS services.
  • Building tools for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of system resources in an AWS environment.
  • Good to have AWS Certification
