Job description

Trackman is a global leader in baseball tracking technology. As a Seasonal Calibration Support Specialist, you would play an important role in commissioning Trackman baseball systems. This position provides an opportunity to speak to a wide variety of people in baseball. This is a seasonal job based in Phoenix, Arizona or Stamford, CT that could lead to a full-time role with Trackman Operations/Support or help launch a career working in baseball. 

Trackman will provide full training and no prior knowledge of Trackman systems is required. This is an hourly paid position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • using internal tools and software to remotely guide Trackman customers and contractors through system calibrations and aimings

  • speaking with a variety of people in baseball and help ensure that their systems track accurately

  • scheduling appointments with customers and contractors

  • watch Trackman data being captured in real time and monitoring system performance

  • over 800+ Trackman baseball stadium systems globally will need to be re-calibrated in 2025

  • other varying office, operational, or support tasks may be assigned to fill up a full work week

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • good verbal and written communication skills

  • interest in baseball

  • strong attention to detail and directions

  • reliable and punctual attendance

  • experience using Microsoft Excel

Preferably:

  • Spanish speaking is a plus

  • Experience with Trackman systems or using Zen Desk a plus
