The Benefits Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class benefits solutions across EMEA. Responsibilities include managing vendor relationships (insurance brokers, carriers), developing and executing communication plans (educational materials, presentations, workshops), continuously evaluating and improving current practices, collaborating with internal teams (Payroll, HR Partnering, People Services) and external consultants, acting as a point of contact for benefits-related escalations, providing exceptional service to stakeholders, assisting with implementation of new programs, building reports and dashboards, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have international benefits experience in a multinational company or consulting firm, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills in English and at least one other major EMEA language.
