Leadership and Coordination: Guide and coordinate teams to align efforts with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Operational & Financial Oversight: Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations and drive the implementation of strategic projects across various departments.

Strategic Initiatives: Develop and oversee key initiatives that support the organization’s goals, ensuring efficient progress and alignment with long-term objectives.

Process Improvement: Lead the optimization of internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, facilitating better decision-making and resource allocation.

• You are capable of being both hyper-logical and highly creative.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and are receptive to feedback.
• You are fluent in English.
• Financial Modelling.
• Experience in Banking & Consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or at a Venture Capital firm can help.
• Engineering background (bonus point).
• You have founded your own business (bonus point).
• You hold a quantitative degree from a top-tier university.
• Low ego, humble, no political behavior.
• You possess a strong sensitivity to UI/UX and a passion for applications.
