Role Overview:

As the Educational AI research intern in our Clinical Education team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the development of LLM and Gen AI Frameworks and Best Practices for integration of cutting edge AI/LLM in Lumeto’s growing Library of Learning Experiences. You will do this by learning and researching, testing and validating LLM prompts and combining these with education frameworks. You will also support the development of flexible and measurable outcomes for users of the InvolveXR product.  

This is a cross-functional role, where you'll be coordinating across the immersive learning engineering structure, the clinical education integration, and the customer experience to support the building and delivery of cutting-edge AI-enabled learning experiences. 

You’ll collaborate closely with our Clinical Education Lead, learn the ropes of managing educational content in a tech-driven environment, and develop valuable skills in both technology and healthcare-focused education.

What You’ll Do:

1) Support the finetuning of LLM prompts to produce realistic responses from the virtual AI Characters in InvolveXR

2) Testing and maintaining the library of Learning Experiences - This includes checking that lessons flow correctly, troubleshooting issues, and making minor adjustments.

3) Developing standardized templates and workflows for streamlined LLM integration in all new Learning Experiences 

4) New product feature and functionality testing in collaboration with Engineering team

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in healthcare/health sciences
• You have basic knowledge of generative AI (LLM, API, Prompt writing, ChatGPT)
• You have experience with healthcare education frameworks
• You are fluent in English
• Qualities you need to possess: problem solver, tech-savvy, strong communicator, independent, and eager to learn.
