Job Summary:
Directement rattaché(e) au Chef de Groupe « Comptabilité Générale », vous serez responsable de la gestion de plusieurs sociétés, de suivi de dossiers spécifiques, et de la justification des comptes, dans l’objectif de produire une information comptable exacte.
Afin d’assurer votre mission et de remplir les objectifs du poste, vous devrez mener à bien les tâches suivantes :
- Comptabilisation des documents comptables et contrôle qualitatif ;
- Gestions de sociétés du groupe (saisie des écritures, TVA, revue analytique, contrôle des balances générales etc..),
- Déclaration de la TVA (contrôle des écritures de TVA, saisie des écritures du CA3, justification des bases de la TVA Collectée),
- Suivi et déclarations de dossiers spécifiques ; C3S, titres de participation, filiales et participations, capitaux propres, honoraires des CAC, dépôts et cautionnements, engagements hors bilan,
- Télétransmissions des déclarations de TVA, de la DES
- Effectuer des travaux de clôture mensuelle et de reporting trimestriels ;
- Elaboration des annexes et des liasses fiscales ;
- Contribution aux tests SOX.
