ABOUT THE TEAM

Trendyol's Core Commerce Division strategically unites and transforms commerce into a journey of innovation, efficiency, and growth. At the heart of Trendyol's operations, our Core Commerce Team drives our commercial strategy, charting a course towards sustainable development and profitable growth.

Within this framework, our umbrella encompasses Category, Category Planning, Project Development, Marketplace, Services, International Fashion, and Global Platform teams, each a vital cog in our commercial strategy.

We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling placement processes for Trendyol Group's all corporate insurance activities (Both domestic and international)
Managing relations in between insurance companies, intermediaries, internal stakeholders and insurance consultants
Leading and following up all the policy payment schedules
Leading all the claims processes from active policies
Providing insurance consultancy services to group companies

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR

6-10 years of experience on corporate risk or corporate insurance management
Has existing relationships with major insurance companies and other parties (intermediaries, consultants, reinsurance companies, etc.)
Be knowledgeable in all insurance lines (Life and Health, Property and Casualty)- SEGEM certificate - Agency or broker technical licence is required
Has experience in providing client services to insureds (insurance sector experience should not be limited to underwriting or to other technical responsibilities)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Actuarial Sciences and Insurance Departments,
Strong knowledge of engineering insurance, fire insurance and being familiar with other type of insurances(digital insurance, property insurance, liability insurance etc...) will be an asset,
Continuously desire for self improvement,
High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills required,
Good command of English both in speaking and writing,
Strong excel skills,
Ability to work well in a variety of different cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships across the organization,
A self-starter, ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervision

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.

We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).

This working model applies to our hybrid job postings; on-site roles require being based in an office work environment.
