Job Description

Smilegate Entertainment seeks a Data Analyst to support game development and business decisions using data-driven insights. Responsibilities include establishing and executing data analysis processes, designing analyses, extracting and processing data, deriving insights, and developing reports. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders (PDs, developers, business, operations) and providing data-driven consulting. The ideal candidate possesses at least 3 years of data analysis experience, strong SQL and Python skills, a deep understanding of the game industry and data analysis processes, and excellent communication skills.

Must have:

3+ years data analysis experience
Game industry understanding
SQL, Python data processing skills
Data analysis process expertise
Excellent stakeholder communication

Good to have:

Game industry experience (3+ years)
Leading data analysis teams (3+ years)
Statistics, Math, Finance, or Analytics degree

- 데이터 기반의 게임 제작 및 사업 방향 의사 결정 지원 - 게임 개발 과정에서 필요한 데이터 분석 업무 프로세스 정립 및 실행 - 분석 설계, 데이터 추출 및 가공, 인사이트 도출, 리포팅 개발 - 다양한 이해관계자(PD, 개발, 사업, 운영 등)와의 협업 및 컨설팅

자격요건

- 3년 이상 데이터 분석 업무 경험이 있으신 분

필요역량

- 게임 및 게임 산업에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분 - SQL, Python 등의 언어를 통해 데이터를 가공한 경험이 있으신 분 - 데이터 분석 업무 프로세스에 대한 이해도가 높으신 분 - 다양한 직군 및 직급의 이해 관계자와 커뮤니케이션이 원활한 분

우대사항

- 통계, 수학, 재무 또는 분석 관련 학과 학사 학위 소지하신 분 - 3년 이상 게임 업계 경력이 있으신 분 - 3년 이상 데이터분석 조직을 이끌어본 경험이 있으신 분
