En Xepelin estamos buscando al próximo Customer Success Executive, para formar parte de un área con gran responsabilidad de cara al revenue de la compañía. Se requiere de una persona con buenos conocimientos en el ámbito financiero, capaz de mantener una organización constante, superarse a pesar de los obstáculos del día a día y con gran ownership sobre las metas establecidas. Al ser una empresa en constante crecimiento en el mercado, se requiere de una personalidad proactiva, excelente comunicación tanto con clientes como con los distintos equipos de trabajo y con ganas de aportar nuevas ideas.

Vas a tener la oportunidad de…

    • Ampliar tus conocimientos sobre productos financieros.
    • Llevar una cartera de clientes consolidada que ponga a prueba tus conocimientos en ventas.
    • Conocer el mercado financiero y cómo está generando un impacto positivo en el mercado mexicano.
    • Mejorar tus habilidades en ventas con el apoyo de un equipo de expertos que estarán guiándote en tus primeros meses con nosotros.
    • Te encargarás de establecer una comunicación efectiva y proactiva para comprender sus objetivos y necesidades financieras.
    • Asegurar que los nuevos clientes reciban una experiencia de onboarding fluida y completa.
    • Realizar un seguimiento constante de la actividad de los clientes en nuestra plataforma. Identificarás oportunidades de mejora y ofrecerás soluciones para maximizar el valor que obtienen de nuestros servicios.

¿Qué te hará tener éxito?

    • Tener experiencia de 2 años o más en ventas y manejo de cartera de clientes.
    • Conocimientos básicos de conceptos financieros.
    • Habilidades de comunicación desarrolladas y poder de convencimiento.
    • Gusto en el proceso de venta, dar feedback, aprender, querer descubrir nuevas formas y oportunidades de venta.
    • Ser un buen comunicador, con habilidades para escuchar activamente y hacer preguntas relevantes para descubrir las necesidades del cliente. Además, debe tener habilidades de organización y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
    • Pasión por Xepelin y el problema que resolvemos.
    • Manejo de Excel, Office
