About the job:
As a Deployment Operations Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines. Responsibilities: * Form partnerships with New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations and Platforms teams, as well as partnerships with stakeholders and leaders across organizations to drive alignment and structured communication across multiple organizational stakeholders. * Execute rationalized Product Configuration Strategy from Concept to General Availability (GA) by planning and executing Product Onboarding workflow operations. * Manage milestone schedules for NPI program test ordering, and prioritize and escalate partner team requests. * Drive change event impact analysis and adjust plans of record across systems of record, and land product transitions with minimal disruption to Products Areas. * Drive development and optimization of product transition processes and tools to automate and scale.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management
  • Excellent communication skills with global teams
Good to have:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team engineering projects
