Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid marketing campaigns with the goal of maximizing ROI, growing brand visibility, and reaching TruNativ’s target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other paid media.
  • Plan and manage media budgets to ensure optimal allocation of resources and drive efficient customer acquisition and retention.
  • Optimize campaign performance by continuously testing, analyzing, and refining creatives, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to increase conversions and lower CPAs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and more, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Product, Data, and Sales) to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies to maximize visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Implement conversion tracking and optimize the customer journey by working with the UI/UX and tech teams to improve website performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and tools, leveraging new platforms and strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce, D2C, or nutrition/wellness space.
  • Hands-on expertise with digital ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and display networks.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and experience working with tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets and optimizing campaigns for efficiency and scalability.
  • Creative problem solver with a deep understanding of digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Passion for health and wellness is a plus!
