The Marketing and Communications Assistant at DNEG will support the execution of marketing and communication initiatives, assisting with internal and external communications (English and French), digital marketing, special projects, and general administration. The role involves collaborating with the MarComms team and stakeholders, coordinating projects, managing multiple tasks, and supporting the MarComms leadership through research, information gathering, and meeting organization. Responsibilities include creating web content, emailers, newsletters, supporting social media efforts, and assisting with internal and external events. Impeccable attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Assistant(e) en marketing et communications
DNEG est une entreprise de premier plan dans les effets visuels, l'animation et les technologies créatives pour la création de contenus cinématographiques, télévisuels et immersifs, avec des bureaux et studios à travers l'Amérique du Nord, l'Europe, l'Asie et l'Australie.
En tant que membre de l'équipe mondiale de marketing et de communication, et relevant du responsable du marketing et des communications à Londres, vous serez chargé(e) d'assister à la mise en œuvre des initiatives marketing et communication du groupe DNEG, ainsi que de soutenir l'équipe MarComms dans ses tâches quotidiennes et administratives.
Travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe MarComms et d'autres parties prenantes clés, vous soutiendrez l'équipe mondiale dans divers domaines, notamment l'exécution de tâches ou de projets liés aux communications internes et externes en anglais et en français, le marketing digital, les projets spéciaux, l'administration générale, etc. Vous assisterez également l'équipe de direction de MarComms, notamment en effectuant des recherches, en recueillant des informations et en organisant des réunions.
Dans le cadre de votre rôle, vous interagirez avec des parties prenantes internes ; une attitude positive, serviable et proactive, ainsi que de solides compétences en gestion de projet et une communication écrite et verbale irréprochable, sont indispensables.
Compétences requises :
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience préalable dans un rôle de marketing et/ou de communication (une expérience dans l'industrie des médias et du divertissement serait un atout supplémentaire)
  • Diplôme universitaire avec un excellent dossier académique
  • Solides compétences en coordination de projets et en gestion du temps
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches et échéances dans un environnement dynamique
  • Attention impeccable aux détails et précision
  • Capacité à être ingénieux(se), à penser de manière innovante et à proposer des solutions
  • Bilingue anglais et français
Atouts supplémentaires :
  • Bonnes compétences informatiques générales et connaissance des logiciels Mac et de la suite Adobe Creative
  • Bonnes compétences en service à la clientèle

ENGLISH : 

The MarComms Assistant role is responsible for helping to execute DNEG’s marketing and communications initiatives and supports the busy MarComms team with all day-to-day administration and coordination. The role is primarily internal client-facing, so a positive, helpful and can-do attitude, as well as impeccable written and verbal communication skills are a must. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Marketing and Communications in London.
 
As an important part of the DNEG marketing and communications group, you will support the global team across a range of requirements, including but not limited to the creation and posting of web content, creation of emailers and newsletters, supporting the digital marketing team with social media requirements, general admin assistance, helping to organise and run internal and external events, and managing internal enquiries. You will also provide support to the Global Head and the Senior MarComms Manager in London, including research and information gathering, organisation of meetings and more.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  •  Coordinate and execute marketing and communications initiatives as directed by the global marketing team
  •  Work with creative supervisors, artists and leadership to gather information to help in drafting communications
  •  Help to organise and run global events, both internal and external
  •  Provide branding and communications support for external events
  •  Support the team with day-to-day administration and coordination duties
 
Must have:
  •  Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
  •  Excellent team player with good customer service skills
  •  Working knowledge of Word / Pages, Excel, Powerpoint / Keynote and Google Workspace tools
  •  Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
  •  Educated to degree level, with a strong academic record
Nice to have:
  •  Previous work experience in a marketing and/or communications role (experience within a Media & Entertainment industry organisation will be an added advantage)
  •  Experience of using standard website CMS would be an advantage
