You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to position this new brand as an industry leader and innovator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Identity Development: Lead the creation of a distinctive brand identity in collaboration with a creative agency, ensuring the gym brand stands out as a leader in fitness and lifestyle innovation.
• Public Relations Management: Manage the PR agency to execute a comprehensive strategy, enhance brand credibility, nurture media relationships, and secure top-tier press coverage.
• Campaign Leadership: Oversee the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels to deliver a cohesive and high-impact brand presence.
• Creative Oversight: Partner with internal and external creative teams to produce premium content that aligns with brand values and engages the target audience.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics and consumer insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and ensure they align with the expectations of affluent consumers.
• Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Develop a social media and influencer strategy that ensures the brand voice and messaging resonate with the target demographic.

Director of Marketing Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing or public relations, preferably with high-end or lifestyle-focused brands.
• Experience in PR strategy, media relations, and crafting compelling brand narratives.
• Proven success in executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working with creative agencies to ensure on-brand execution.
• Familiarity with affluent consumer demographics and premium lifestyle trends.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, HubSpot, and social listening platforms. Candidates with a passion for data-driven insights will thrive in this role.
