gTech Global Customer Care (gGCC) is a solution-generating effort that helps our sales teams and advertisers. As a Display and Video Specialist, you will work extensively with customers and our partner business teams to provide insights-driven advertising solutions based on customer goals, business strategy, and growth opportunities. You will develop a deep comprehension of Google strategic products (e.g., YouTube, Display, Automation, Attribution) and leverage this knowledge to deliver exceptional solutions for our customers. You will also consult with Business partners to develop strategies which seek to meet customer requirements and capture growth opportunities for the broader market, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute on these plans in an effective manner. You will advise clients on optimizing accounts, growing their business, and maximizing return on their marketing investment. You will also liaise with Business teams and our vendor operations to coordinate the planning, implementation, optimization, reporting and measurement of campaigns, establishing and scaling best practices for each.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently
Good to have:
  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads
  • Knowledge of and passion for Google’s digital advertising suite
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment
  • Excellent business acumen skills

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • 1 year of experience working in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently in order to communicate in this customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search), DV360, Search Ads 360, or other Search Engine Marketing (SEM) platforms.
  • Knowledge of and passion for Google’s digital advertising suite, including Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform solutions for Display and Video.
  • Ability to successfully navigate and influence various personalities within a business environment.
  • Excellent business acumen skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work extensively with customers and our partner business teams to provide insights-driven advertising solutions based on customer goals, business strategy, and growth opportunities.
