Everi is seeking a Technical Engineer who can support our Electrical and Mechanical Engineering teams. You will work with state-of-the-art gaming equipment and support projects and conventions that require setup, configuration, PC board soldering, and disassembly. If you would like to work with an up-and-coming gaming company and some top-notch engineering teammates, this job is for you!
What Will You Be Doing?
- Setting up, programming, delivering, and operating test equipment.
- On-site support for our showrooms, labs, and game development.
- Planning lab and showroom layouts and marking locations for future equipment.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide a root cause analysis of equipment issues.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows and events.
- Provide onsite event support, including product set up, quality control, and troubleshooting; assist in facilitating changes, cancellations, or add-ons
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise for the job:
Must Haves / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in a Technical role (Field Service experience would be ideal)
- Must be willing to travel as needed (Tradeshow traveling will occur 5-6 times a year)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Nice-to-Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in a Technical role (Casino Field Service experience would be ideal)
- Prior Gaming Experience preferred
- Understanding of MS Office Suite products
- Troubleshooting experience
- Experience assisting in planning and executing mid-sized trade shows is preferred.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case’s facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $28 - $33 per hour and is overtime eligible.
