Financial Controller

Testronic, a global leader in quality assurance for the entertainment industry, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Controller in Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a company’s financial reports and leading forecast and budget process for according to Group requirements. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in accounting or finance and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to work well independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues and have a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting accounting department in month-end and year-end close process 
• Participation in annual financial audit
• Preparation of monthly financial statements incl. balance sheet, P&L and non-financial KPI’s 
• Supporting monthly management reporting process
• Leading budget and financial forecasts
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Additional controller duties as necessary

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Proven working experience as a Financial Controller, ideally with 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance reporting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with communicative English 
• Must be amenable to work onsite (3 days a week) at our Mega Tower office in Mandaluyong
