Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves managing and researching game, platform, and e-finance policies for the Smilegate Group. Responsibilities include conducting domestic and international legal/policy research, creating reports, liaising with government/agencies on policy/regulation, managing consumer policies/complaints, and overseeing the company's self-rating classification system. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in policy-related work. Familiarity with global industry trends and the ability to collaborate effectively are crucial. Bonus points for gaming experience and interest in platforms and finance.

- 그룹 서비스 정책관리(게임, 플랫폼, 전자금융업 등) - 국내외 법/정책 연구 및 리포트 - 정책/규제관련 주요 정부/기관 대외협력 - 소비자 정책관리/민원 대응, 자체등급분류사업자 운영 등

자격요건

- 유관 경력 6년~10년 보유하신 분 - 해외출장 결격사유 없는 자 - MS Office (PPT , Excel, Word), 아래한글 등 활용 보고서 작성능력 중급 이상

필요역량

- 분석적 사고, 문제해결 능력, 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유자 - 전략적/논리적 사고 기반 법률 및 제도 쟁점을 파악하고 검토할 수 있는 분 - 업무 관련 글로벌 동향 등을 파악하고 검토할 수 있는 분 - 적극적으로 업무를 수행하고 다양한 구성원과 원활하게 협업할 수 있는 분

우대사항

- 다양한 게임 플레이 경험이 있는 분 - 플랫폼, 금융분야 경험 및 관심이 있는 분 - 정책 관련 업무에 대한 실무 경험이 있는 분
