About the job

Job Description

This role involves designing and implementing core game mechanics within the game engine, developing player interactions, creating prototypes of new ideas and mechanics, collaborating with other departments, collecting and improving based on player feedback, and creating documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in game development, designing and implementing gameplay mechanics (AAA project experience preferred), proficiency in game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.), knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Blueprints, etc.), experience in designing AI and game mechanics, and strong communication skills.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Game Development or related field
  • Experience in designing and implementing gameplay mechanics
  • Proficiency in using game engines (Unity, Unreal Engine, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages (C++, C#, Blueprints, etc.)
  • Experience in designing AI and game mechanics
  • Ability to create clear and detailed documentation
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments

3. ゲームバランスの調整

新しいゲームアイデアやメカニクスのプロトタイプを作成し、テストと評価を行います。

4. プロトタイプの作成

新しいゲームアイデアやメカニクスのプロトタイプを作成し、テストと評価を行います。

5. 他部門との協力

アート、デザイン、プログラムチームと連携し、ゲーム全体の一貫性を確保します。

6. フィードバックの収集と改善

プレイヤーのフィードバックを基にゲームプレイの改良を行い、より良い体験を提供します。

7.仕様書やドキュメントの作成

実装した機能に関する文書を作成し、チーム内外との情報共有を行います。

Job Description

1. Design and Implementation of Game Mechanics Design and implement core game mechanics within the game engine.

2. Development of Player Interaction Design player movements, actions, and responses to provide an enjoyable experience for the players.

3. Game Balance Adjustment Create prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, followed by testing and evaluation.

4. Prototype Creation Develop prototypes of new game ideas and mechanics, and conduct tests and evaluations.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments Work closely with art, design, and programming teams to ensure consistency across the entire game.

6. Feedback Collection and Improvement Make gameplay improvements based on player feedback to offer a better experience.

7. Creation of Specifications and Documentation Prepare documentation on implemented features and share information within and outside the team.

Requirements:

応募資格

ゲーム開発または関連分野の学士号以上(コンピュータサイエンス、ゲームデザインなど関連専門)

ゲームプレイメカニクスの設計・実装経験(AAAまたはAAプロジェクトが望ましい)

ゲームエンジンの使用経験(Unity、Unreal Engineなど)(必須)

AAAアクションゲームの開発経験(優遇)

プログラミング言語に関する知識(C++、C#、Blueprintsなど)

AIやゲームメカニクスの設計経験

明確で詳細なドキュメントを作成する能力

他部門との円滑なコミュニケーション能力

Qualifications
