Job Description

The Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Lead at Google Cloud will create and implement a change landing and operational execution strategy to maximize field adoption of GTM strategic priority initiatives. Responsibilities include executing a globally developed sales operations strategy, providing operational support for sales pipeline processes, communicating and training on sales operational changes, creating change impact assessments, designing and delivering training programs, defining success measures, tracking adoption, and monitoring change progress. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and experience with account/territory planning and sales pipeline reviews. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of change management methodologies.
Must have:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
  • Experience with operational support of account planning territory planning and sales pipeline review.
  • Experience with regionally executing a globally developed sales operations strategy.
  • Experience providing operational support for sales pipeline process and presenting updates to an executive audience.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners in English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the communication, training, and monitoring of sales operational changes, with a focus on driving adoption and measuring impact.
  • Experience analyzing sales processes and performance data to provide actionable insights and assess the operational impact of potential changes.
  • Knowledge of the Prosci Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) methodology or other organizational change management methodologies.
  • Ability to contribute to the design and implementation of sales process and system changes, including identifying integration points and updates.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative and non-traditional solutions for challenging, undefined problems.

You will have to create a change management strategy and operational execution landing plan.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a globally developed sales operations strategy and provide operational support for sales pipeline process.
  • Provide communication, training and monitoring of sales operational changes.
  • Create a change impact assessment that addresses systems, process, and job role impact.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Evaluate and ensure field readiness.
  • Define success measures, track and report adoption, and monitor change progress.
