Stardock is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and champion authentic, strategic relationships with creators across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and beyond. This person will be at the forefront of shaping how our games are showcased through influencer content, supporting both product launches and ongoing community engagement.
We're looking for someone who loves gaming culture, understands how to build meaningful connections with creators, and thrives working independently in a collaborative environment. This is a salaried, full-time position at our Plymouth, Michigan studio.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Build and manage relationships with influencers across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok to support game launches, updates, and brand initiatives.
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution, including contract negotiation, deliverables management, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Production teams to align influencer strategy with broader promotional goals and audience engagement efforts.
- Plan and execute creative influencer activations such as early-access previews, content collaborations, and on-site events, including scheduling, travel logistics, and guest communication.
- Maintain influencer databases and outreach tools, and compile post-campaign reports that measure reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Represent Stardock professionally in creator communications, industry events, and community spaces, and assist with community engagement and moderation as needed.
Education and/or Experience Desired:
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, community management, or related marketing fields—preferably in gaming.
- Demonstrated success managing or supporting influencer programs or campaigns.
- Familiarity with Stardock titles and a passion for PC strategy/simulation games.
- Knowledge of YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok creator ecosystems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build authentic, long-term relationships with content creators.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, with a knack for multitasking and adapting quickly to changing priorities

The salary for this position ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on your qualifications, experience, and expertise. Stardock is committed to offering a competitive compensation package tailored to the right candidate.
