Key Responsibilities

- Ensure consistency in visual content with the organization's brand guidelines
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members
- Collaborate with external vendors or agencies when necessary
- Review and approve designs, artwork, and graphics before final production
- Act as a point of contact for design-related queries and support cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the strategic planning of design initiatives and goals
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new design team members
- Manage the design team's resources and budget effectively
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand and address design requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Proven experience in a graphic design leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in graphic design principles, tools, and software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- In-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience in hiring, mentoring, and developing graphic design talent
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in digital and print design processes
- Solid understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work
- Experience working with external vendors and print production processes
- Proven ability to manage design projects from concept to completion
