What you will do
- Drive a stream of strategic priority projects - such as Business growth, Customer Satisfactions, Market Insights, and/or Transformation Office
- Collaborate with the HoldCo COO team and business unit leaders to define and refine Hold Co OKRs and initiatives.
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Facilitate regular meetings to review progress and discuss performance improvement strategies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and accountability across business units.
- Lead and develop team member through goal setting, performance management, and development plan
What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. Proficiency in presentations and spreadsheets is a must. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with big data tools and techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of driving results and delivering on commitments.
- Passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
