HR Automation & AI Lead
Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking a passionate problem-solver with a knack for automation and a vision for the future of AI to join our team as HR Automation & AI Lead. This role involves collaborating in an environment where innovation is celebrated. The responsibilities include leading the implementation and optimization of HR automation strategies, identifying opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to improve HR processes, and ensuring the alignment of HR technology with business objectives. This includes designing and implementing AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes, experience with automation tools, and a passion for driving innovation. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Must have:
- Extensive experience in designing, building, and implementing automations.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts, applications, and tools.
- Proficiency with the Make platform (or similar automation tools).
- Experience with Enterprise systems, like Workday or Greenhouse.
- Proven ability to develop scalable and user-friendly solutions.
- Ability to work independently, proactively seek new knowledge.
Good to have:
- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce is a bonus.
