Job Description

Tesla seeks an HR Partner for its Tilburg Factory and Distribution Centre. Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, advising local operations, coaching leadership, facilitating engagement surveys and action planning, supporting culture building initiatives focusing on workforce sustainability and well-being, advising on local labor laws, conflict resolution, and organizing workshops. The ideal candidate will possess strong generalist HR experience, knowledge of local employment law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. The role demands influencing teams, engaging at all levels, and managing multiple priorities.

What to Expect

As a HR Partner in Tesla, you enjoy driving engagement and building organizational scalability. You will be responsible for providing support in HR related questions to parts of the organization. No day is the same and the ideal fit is someone who thrives in a dynamic organization where anything is possible and much is still being built.

The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance and supporting the local operations in the Tilburg Factory and Distribution Centre as main priorities. Operating as HR Partner, you will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are implemented and updated in line with legislative and audit requirements in conjunction with global requirements.

What You’ll Do

Drive the local implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR strategy and business requirements
Coach, develop and support local leadership on an ongoing basis – build local leadership capability
Facilitate group sessions regarding Tesla’s annual engagement survey and work with local management on action planning, ensure consistent follow-up and progress accountability
Work with leadership on building culture (workforce sustainability, health, well-being)
Advise on local labour law regulations and implications and guide / coach leaders through conflict handling and grievance
Support in organizing and facilitating workshops for local stakeholders on any relevant/required topics (from leadership to teaming to labour law, new process implementation etc…)
Champion the HR team; be an ambassador for the team on the ground and support in building our powerful brand and reputation

What You’ll Bring

Strong generalist HR experience is essential for this role
Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, Dutch or additional languages are beneficial but not necessary
Proven track record of positively influencing teams
Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal
Able and comfortable working in a developing, fluid and constantly changing company
Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload and meet deadlines
