The successful candidate will perform comprehensive documentation, data analysis, reporting, and presentations, aligning cross-functional stakeholders. The position requires balancing activity across multiple countries including Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Greece, Ukraine, Croatia, Lithuania, and Bulgaria. Fluency in English and Romanian is essential, along with 7+ years of experience in HR program deployment and knowledge of Romanian HR legal requirements.
