We are searching for a Workday HCM Functional Systems analyst with expertise in Workday HCM, primarily Core HCM, and Compensation. In this role, you will partner with various groups within our organization to advise, collaborate, and deliver innovative solutions. You will work with our global partners to identify requirements, assist in defining/designing scalable business processes, and configure, implement, and provide post-deployment support of the approved solutions. As an HR Technology team, we are responsible for the company’s HR “system of record” and continually strive to build a HR architecture that is secure, scalable, and intuitive.
What you will be doing:
Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including hands-on configuration of business processes, data uploads (EIB), testing and other issue analysis – specifically for Core HCM, and Compensation
Support enhancement requests and new functionality by collecting requirements, designing solutions, testing, and validating, while maintaining the overall system performance
Work with global internal business partners to provide valuable solutions that support efficient processes and high-quality user experience, including proactive system controls
Collaborate with colleagues to identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to meet changing needs
Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of new/automatically available functionality on existing configuration
Engage with global HR Technology team members to knowledge share and ensure process consistency
Engage with Workday community to understand technology capabilities and recommend solutions that address business needs
What we need to see:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in one or more Workday modules, strong working experience with Workday Security configurations, compensation, and advanced compensation, and ability to complete hands-on functional configuration
3+ years of application requirements gathering and design, including process mapping and gap analysis
6+ years of experience in a technical environment
Understanding of HR functions, along with their terms, methodologies, and processes.
Strong background supporting a medium-to-large global organization
Knowledge of human resource practices, techniques, and standards
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Willingness to collaborate with team members and support users from different time zones across the globe, maintaining flexibility in working hours
