Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement:
o Lead client engagements from the initial
pursuit phase, developing tailored GTM
strategies that align with clients&business
objectives.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with
key decision-makers within the R&C sector.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing
insights and recommendations that drive
business growth.
2. Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute comprehensive GTM
strategies for new and existing clients in the
R&C sector.
o Conduct market research and analysis to
identify trends, opportunities, and competitive
landscape.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align
GTM strategies with overall business goals.

3. Project Delivery:
o Oversee the delivery of client projects, ensuring
they meet scope, timeline, and budget
requirements.
o Implement best practices in project
management to optimize efficiency and
effectiveness.
o Monitor project performance and provide
regular updates to clients and internal
stakeholders.
4. Team Leadership:
o Lead and mentor a team of GTM professionals,
fostering a collaborative and high-performance
culture.
o Provide guidance and support to team
members in their professional development
and client engagements.
o Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary
tools and resources to succeed.

5. Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities
within the R&C sector.
o Develop and present compelling proposals and
pitches to prospective clients.
o Collaborate with the sales team to drive
revenue growth and achieve business targets.

Qualifications:
 Minimum of 14 years of experience in GTM strategy and
project delivery, specifically within the Retail &

Consumer sector.
 Proven track record of successfully managing client
engagements from pursuit to delivery.
 Strong understanding of the R&C market, including key
trends, challenges, and opportunities.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to influence and build relationships with
senior executives.
 Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience
managing and developing high-performing teams.
 Proficiency in project management methodologies and
tools.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
and manage multiple priorities.
Skills & Competencies:
 Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
 Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
 Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
 High level of emotional intelligence and client empathy.
 Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing market.
 Knowledge on leading Cloud technologies like Azure,
AWS, GCP and visualization tool used for delivering the
project.
