Google's Large Customer Sales team works closely with the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions. As a Industry Manager, Agency Partnerships, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders. You will lead the execution of strategies to accelerate the shift from TV to YouTube, leveraging digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize client advertising efforts. You will also analyze and optimize marketing Return on Investment (ROI) by monitoring and assessing the performance of digital campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement. You will be a key player in the team's success, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and utilization of resources to drive successful marketing initiatives.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising, business consultative, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree
  • Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
  • Lead the execution of strategies to accelerate the shift from TV to YouTube
Good to have:
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Experience in cross-functional project management
  • Experience in developing relationships with executive-level stakeholders
  • Understanding of cross-functional media businesses and operations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
