Job Description

The Industry Manager, Performance Markets, LCS at Google works with C-level clients and senior partners to build long-term strategies for digital advertising success. This role requires developing a deep understanding of client business challenges and marketing objectives, then leveraging Google's advertising products to achieve growth goals. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, leading cross-functional teams, presenting data-driven analyses and recommendations, and ensuring client success. The ideal candidate possesses strong relationship-building skills, analytical abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising landscape, particularly within the eGaming industry. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration, and the presentation of effective solutions to meet clients' marketing objectives.
Must have:
  • 8 years advertising/media sales experience (or 6 with advanced degree)
  • eGaming industry experience
  • Client/agency relationship management
  • Strategic planning & execution
  • Data-driven analysis & presentation
Good to have:
  • 6 years executive-level client management
  • 4 years media sales experience
  • International sales experience (multiple regions)
  • Experience creating sales narratives

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in advertising or media sales, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working in the eGaming industry.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 4 years of experience working in the media sales industry or product area.
  • 2 years of experience working in an organization managing multiple regions in an international sales capacity.
  • Experience creating and presenting sales narratives.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
