Summary

Trendyol International seeks an Insights Professional to uncover critical consumer insights in international markets, particularly the Gulf region. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end research (qualitative and quantitative), analyzing results, creating actionable recommendations, synthesizing feedback from various sources, measuring CX KPIs, and benchmarking competitors. The role requires strong market research methodologies, analytical skills, Arabic fluency, and excellent English communication. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and drive growth.

ABOUT THE TEAM

We are looking for an insightful and driven market researcher to join our growing team and help us unlock key consumer insights in international markets. By leveraging local expertise and knowledge, this role will enrich our understanding of how Gulf consumers think, feel, and act, contributing to our mission of creating exceptional customer experiences. You will be part of a small but impactful team of three, dedicated to delivering actionable research that drives growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Main Responsibilities

    • Uncover critical consumer insights to drive growth, identify user needs, and enhance customer experience.
    • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to address research and insights-related requests.
    • Manage end-to-end research processes, including quantitative studies (questionnaire preparation and scripting) and qualitative research (guideline preparation, moderating focus groups/in-depth interviews, and insight generation).
    • Analyze research results and translate findings into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
    • Synthesize customer feedback from various sources, including surveys, operational data, contact center insights, and social media.
    • Regularly measure customer experience KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
    • Benchmark competitors to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and performance.

What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in statistics, business administration, economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
    • Extensive experience in service sectors such as FMCG, finance, telecom, or market research agencies; e-commerce experience is preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of market research methodologies with both qualitative and quantitative experience, including designing and moderating research studies.
    • Customer-focused and analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to resolve customer problems effectively.
    • Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
    • Native in Arabic with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

We offer a hybrid model that combines the productivity of remote work with the bonding and collaboration of in-office work. Teams are expected to work from our offices on designated days each week, fostering team spirit, creativity and cross team collaboration as part of our culture.

We also provide a summer working model, with a two-month fully remote work opportunity during July and  August.

The hybrid working model only applies to hybrid roles; on-site roles require regular office presence.
