Location: Stockholm + Hybrid

As a member of the global IT team, you'll be based in our Stockholm office, managing a variety of tasks each day. These may include server administration, PC support (both local and remote), video conferencing, office IT planning, and contributing to the development of our technology roadmap.

You'll work with a growing team, collaborating with colleagues in multiple locations, such as Sweden and Malta, to deliver top-quality service to users across all sites.

Success in this role is a blend of technical expertise and cultural influence. IT support plays a central role in shaping the company culture and serves as a go-to resource for all types of inquiries. A naturally service-oriented mindset is essential for this position.

Together with the team, you'll have the opportunity to rapidly enhance your skills and gain new knowledge in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a complete support experience for both office-based and remote team members - be the person everyone wants to get help from!
  • Deliver a 1st class onboarding experience to new employees
  • Provide efficient and high-quality IT support for all Come On employees
  • Assist in scheduled maintenance tasks related to local and centralised IT infrastructure
  • Procure equipment as needed
  • Together with Office team, own and care for the general office environment

About you:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and being a people person in general.
  • Good command of business English, both verbally and written. Swedish is a plus!
  • Process oriented, willing to work “by the book” but also be able to see when a quick-fix is needed
  • Competence with:
    • Windows server & Active directory
    • DHCP & DNS
    • O365
    • MacOS and Windows 11.
    • PC & MAC desktop hardware

Familiarity with:

  • Google Workspace.
  • Sophos products
  • Manage Engine Endpoint Central
  • Drivestrike
