1. Familiar with Unity URP pipeline features, familiar with PBR process, write Shaders and create materials according to art department requirements.
2. Optimize project art workflow, create corresponding art tools or plugins to improve work efficiency and standardization.
3. Optimize some art resources to improve performance.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, computer or art-related major, TA portfolio cases related to character rendering.
2. Familiarity with Unreal Engine Blueprint is a plus.
3. Strong learning and independent problem-solving ability.
