Job Description

Ninja Xpress, a prominent last-mile delivery service in Indonesia, is seeking a Lead Generator. The role involves researching and identifying potential leads across various platforms and social media, initiating contact with prospects to present product offerings, and generating interest. Qualified leads will be handed over to the Field Sales team for follow-up. The position requires building and maintaining effective communication with internal teams for smooth collaboration and accurately recording lead generation activities. The goal is to ensure that assigned prospects are successfully converted into new customers.
Must have:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, qualification, telesales, or field sales.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet targets.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Capability to build strong relationships.
Good to have:
  • Familiarity with lead qualification and sales consultation processes.
  • Familiarity or knowledge of Salesforce.

Responsibilities

    • Research and identify potential leads through various platforms and social media.
    • Initiate contact with prospects and present product offerings to generate interest.
    • Coordinate and hand over qualified leads to the Field Sales team for further follow-up.
    • Build and maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
    • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and progress.
    • Ensure prospects assigned can be successfully converted into new customers.

Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in lead generator, lead qualifier, telesales, field sales, or a similar role.
    • Familiarity with lead qualification and sales consultation processes is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and meet targets in a dynamic work environment.
    • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
    • Capable of building strong relationships with both team members and prospects.
    • Familiarity or knowledge of operating Salesforce will be a strong advantage.
