LOST ARK Localization Project Manager (Greater China)
Job Summary
Job Description
Smilegate RPG is seeking a Contract Localization Project Manager (L10N PM) for Greater China region to manage the localization process for their MMORPG, Lost Ark. Responsibilities include building and managing L10N data, quality and schedule management, risk and issue response, process development and improvement with partners and internal teams, communication across teams, and establishing L10N environment. The ideal candidate will have business-level Chinese proficiency, experience in game development/publishing/translation localization, and excellent communication skills. Experience with CAT tools and MMORPG localization is a plus.
Must have:

- Quality & schedule management
- Cross-team communication
- MMORPG & localization process understanding
Good to have:
- 2+ years experience in translation or game industry
- MMORPG multilingual translation experience
- Game publishing experience
- CAT tool experience
- Additional language skills (English, Spanish, Russian, Japanese)

자격요건
- 비지니스 레벨 이상의 외국어 구사 능력 (중국어)
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
※ 국문/중문 자기소개서 및 경력기술서(경력 지원자) 제출 필수
※ 면접 시 중국어 번역 테스트 진행
필요역량
- 게임 개발 / 퍼블리싱 / 번역 관련 현지화 프로세스에 대한 이해
- MMORPG 게임에 대한 이해
- 원만한 커뮤니케이션 능력
우대사항
- 번역 업계 혹은 게임 업계 경력 2년 이상인 분
- MMORPG 다국가 언어의 번역 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분
- 게임 회사에서 퍼블리싱 경험이 있으신 분
- CAT툴 등의 현지화 툴 사용 및 내부 툴 개발 경험이 있으신 분
- 중국어 외의 다른 외국어가 가능하신 분 (영어, 스페인어, 러시아어, 일본어 등)
