Job Description

The Modality Sales Specialist MR CLV, APAC is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and ensuring commercial success for the MR CLV business in the APAC region. This role involves owning customer experience and satisfaction, enabling commercial success of the MR CLV business, ensuring enablers are in place, executing go-to-market approaches, identifying regional market changes, supporting strategic deals, collaborating with sales specialists, and developing sales strategies with Key Account Managers to meet financial and customer objectives. The role requires achieving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and regional growth goals. The candidate should have commercial leadership experience in the APAC region, experience in radiology/imaging, experience in defining and deploying strategic plans and building and leading teams.

Modality Sales Specialist MR CLV, APAC Market position is responsible to execute the go-to-market strategy and to ensure commercial success for the MR CLV business within APAC.

You are responsible for

· Owning Customer experience (CX) and customer satisfaction for the MR CLV (Customer Lifetime Value) business in the APAC region.

· Enabling commercial success of the MR CLV business focusing on SmartSpeed in the APAC region.

· Ensuring MR CLV SmartSpeed enablers are in place from the business / category to realize commercial plans.

· Executing MR CLV SmartSpeed Go-To-Market approach and growing plan for the APAC region or imaging business combination leveraging partners and exploring alternative business models with customers.

· Identifying changing regional situations or in region competitor moves and appropriate responses in region especially around MR CLV market segment.

· Supporting MR CLV strategic deals for the business in zone.

· Collaborating with the modality sales specialists and clinical team in zone for MR CLV business.

· Developing and implementing MR CLV sales strategies in cooperation with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) to meet financial and customer objectives.

· Managing APAC MR CLV performance, forecast, markets trends, competition and growth opportunities.

Goals to be achieved:

· Customer satisfaction, CX and CLV according to plan

· Operational excellence (meeting CSG, OIT according to plan with accurate forecasting)

· Regional growth plan realized (milestones, deliverables, metrics including MS ambitions on track)

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

· Commercial leadership experience with proven results in the APAC Region.

· Experience within the Radiology/imaging domain and demonstrated understanding of the business value chain and key drivers.

· Solid experience in defining and deploying strategic plan with proven impact.

· Strong track record in building and leading high-performing and diverse teams.

· Strategic business acumen and strong customer focus.

· Demonstrated ability to lead transformational change.

· Broad international background and adaptative leadership style to connect and lead effectively across different cultures.

· Operational excellence and persistence in order to deliver the plan.

· Empathic leadership and ability to connect and inspire across a range of internal/external stakeholders.

· Strategic and business acumen.

· Operational excellence (and persistence in order to deliver on plan).

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
