ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our expanding Marketing Team in Sweden. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns across various areas, contributing to LeoVegas's goal of maintaining its position as the leading Casino Operator in Sweden. You will craft engaging, tailored content and drive initiatives that not only meet but surpass our marketing objectives.

This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about the iGaming industry. You should have hands-on experience managing channels and running digital campaigns. Strong creative, written, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay ahead in a fast-paced environment.

As a key player in our team, you will contribute to our marketing strategy at a local level, managing everything from visuals and videos to copywriting and campaign execution.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

        Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Execute effective marketing strategies set by the Marketing Manager across various channels, focusing on driving growth, brand awareness and engagement.

        Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content tailored to our target audience, Casino and in the sports betting sector.

        Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals.

        Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and central marketing, to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.

        Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

        Community Engagement: Manage and engage with our online community, fostering a positive brand presence and building strong relationships with our audience.

        Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and keep the brand relevant.

        Content Calendar Management: Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution of marketing activities.

        Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s tone, voice, and guidelines.
 

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

        Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

        Familiar with casino and live casino verticals

        Strong understanding of various local and global sports events

        Strong knowledge of sports betting, particularly in odds-understanding

        Proven track record of driving customer growth through data-driven strategies

        Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

        Proactive, organized, and analytical mindset

        Fluency in both Swedish and English is a must
